White varieties for table use, juice, and wine

Niagara is a white variety of North American origin used for both juice and wine. Alps introduces a honey-like aroma. Despite its aromatic character, the final wine’s residual sugar and alcohol content are not determined by aroma alone.

Niagara Blanc 2025 ingredients

According to St. Cousair’s 2026 public documents, Niagara Blanc 2025 is a sweet white wine made from 100% Hokkaidō-grown Niagara, with 9% alcohol. The vintage in the product name refers to the year the grapes were harvested, which is different from the release year. Check origin, vintage, and variety separately.

Storage to preserve slight sparkle

The same materials state that the wine is stored fully topped up immediately after fermentation, ensuring that the carbon dioxide produced during fermentation is retained. Therefore, the slight effervescence is information linked to this product’s process. Do not treat it as an intrinsic characteristic of Niagara as a grape variety.
